About this app

"Baba Hummus Invoice Automation" is an internal software tool built for and used exclusively by Baba Hummus, a Montreal-based hummus producer. It connects Baba Hummus's own order-tracking Google Sheet to Baba Hummus's own QuickBooks Online company account, in order to automatically prepare draft weekly invoices from client orders.

This app is not distributed, licensed, or made available to any other company, individual, or member of the public. It is a private, single-company internal tool.

License

Baba Hummus grants itself, as the sole owner and user of this application, the right to run and modify this tool for its own internal business operations. No other party is granted any license to use, copy, or distribute this application.

No warranty

This tool is provided as-is, for internal use only, without warranty of any kind. Baba Hummus is responsible for reviewing all invoices this tool creates (as drafts) before they are sent to any client.

Changes

Baba Hummus may update this tool or this agreement at any time to reflect changes in how the internal automation works.
