"Baba Hummus Invoice Automation" is an internal tool built for and used exclusively by Baba Hummus. It is not a public product or service, and it does not collect data from, or provide any service to, the public or to Baba Hummus's clients directly. This policy explains how the tool handles data as part of Baba Hummus's own internal operations.

What data this tool uses

The tool reads order information already collected from Baba Hummus clients through Baba Hummus's own order form (client/store name, contact details, and order quantities), which is stored in a Google Sheet owned by Baba Hummus. It uses this information to create draft invoices in Baba Hummus's own QuickBooks Online account.

How data is used

Order data is used solely to generate draft invoices for Baba Hummus's own clients, reflecting orders those clients have already placed directly with Baba Hummus. No data is used for any other purpose.

Data sharing

Data is not sold, shared, or made available to any third party. The only systems involved are Google Sheets/Apps Script (where the order data is stored and the automation runs) and QuickBooks Online (where invoices are created), both of which are Baba Hummus's own accounts.

Data storage and security

Data remains within Baba Hummus's own Google Workspace and QuickBooks Online accounts at all times. Access is limited to Baba Hummus staff who already have access to these systems.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in how the internal automation works.
